Class Descriptions

Abs~so~Gluteus
One full hour of intense target training of the lower body (buns and thighs) combined with a killer abdominal routine that’ll get everybody ready for a bikini. This class is for all levels

Accelerate
This cardio class includes a variety of dance and cardio moves that have a Hi/Low impact on the body. All levels are welcome. This class is for all levels

Vinyasa Yoga
Unite your body, mind, and spirit with this meditative flowing yoga practice. Link poses with breath in order to create heat in the body. Hold poses to gain strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is for all levels

SPINNING (Ryde)
Get your cardio on! Burn calories and sweat while you rock out to a variety of high energy music. This class is as intense as it is fun. Take hills, runs, intervals and other drills to strengthen your heart, lungs, and lower body. Come on in, grab a bike, and pedal your cares away. This class is for all levels.

KICK IT
This high impact cardio based kickboxing class will definitely make you sweat. Power drills including jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts along with push kicks, round houses and mixed martial arts will get you pumped, lean and energized for life! Get ready to work as kickboxing, boot camp styled drills and dance fuse together and form, KICK IT! This class is for all levels

SWEAT (boot camp)
This class is a high energy circuit training course which develops endurance (drills/obstacle courses) core strength and stabilization (weights and resistance exercises) kickboxing and martial arts. The class format constantly changes, so you will never be bored. The class is high energy, lots of fun and you leave dripping in sweat. Intermediate to advance

Samba-Jazz
Samba Jazz is a dance workout which blends slow isolation for flexibility, fast paced foot-work for developing stamina as well as core- strengthening movements to the sound of Brazilian and Latin rhythms. Create a flow of energy that is both soothing and invigorating. This class is for all levels

Power Yoga
Our most athletic vinyasa practice; it is vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing combination of various forms of yoga styles. Sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. This class is for all levels of fitness
